1. Digital Templating
With new photogrammetry technology we can measure your boat for a custom fit. Or with your personal cell phone, You can print out our targets and take pictures of your DIY project and upload them to us to digitize.
2. Create a Proof
Once digitized we will reach out to you by email for your approval and discuss sheets, colors, textures and any personalized logos, fonts and designs you want.
3. Manufacture and Install
Then your approved design will go into production where we will precisely machine, cut and ship your boat decking for you to install or make an appointment and we can.
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
CCS Marine Dek is custom made marine flooring derived from a multi-layered lamination of the highest quality closed-cell EVA foam with the strongest 3M adhesive designed to withstand the harsh conditions of marine environments.
This material is an excellent shock absorbing, anti-fatigue, non-skid decking option.
CCS Marine Dek is completely customizable and suitable for any style and size of boat, jet-ski, golf cart, RV or Side by side. It is also ideal for use on Docks, decks, patios, pools and spas.

Our proprietary V•Cell™ material is a chemically engineered blend of both ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and polyethylene (PE). V•Cell™ is non-skid, non-absorbent, UV protected and highly durable, closed cell foam.
