1. We use advanced 3D scanning technology to capture the exact contours and dimensions of your boat’s floors and surfaces. This ensures every measurement is completely accurate, laying the foundation for a flawless custom fit unique to your vessel.

     ●Schedule an appointment! We can come to you and 3d scan your boat even if it’s in your dock slip, driveway or storage.

1. Once scanned, your boat’s layout is transformed into a detailed digital design. Our team customizes your EVA foam flooring to match your preferred style, patterns, and functionality. Whether you want a clean, modern look or a more practical, performance oriented finish, we design with both beauty and durability in mind.
2. At this point you will also be choosing your design (including colors and patterns, textures, fonts and logos)
3. Designs will be sent to you by email for approval before manufacturing begins

1. With the final design approved, we use state of the art CNC machines to cut your flooring with unmatched precision. Every curve and corner is engineered to fit perfectly on your deck. The result — professionally crafted EVA foam flooring that installs seamlessly and enhances both comfort and appearance.
2. If preferred, your decking can be installed by our company for those who live in the Pacific Northwest by scheduling an appointment
